Need SEO Expert advice

    Hello,
    I have been understanding few things under SEO perspective but couldnt get answer satisfactorily, you SEO Expert guys might help me up little.

    Keywords

    Once we select 1 to 3 keyword , what density of word should be kept and how do you count density ? what is the tool for that

    Link Building

    How shall i develop link i mean is it like i have to get a link to high PR websites per month instead of adding 4-5 links to High PR, is there any amount of link need to be developed per month, for not upseting google and get good PR

    Some people say keyword density not a fact for SEO. [Although they are still working on density personally :D].

    Some people say you must have keyword density range: 3% - 5%. [Although their site don't full fill this %].

    Some people say content is the King. [Although they copy & paste content from Article directory ]

    Some people say directory submission is useless. [Although they have done 999999+ :D]

    Some people say don't follow 'BlackHat'. [Although ... you know what?!! :D]

    Do not care about density- concentrate on creating valuable content for your end users.

    Links:
    Links should be obtained over time. If it is a new site start link building slowly if older site - concentrate on creating highgly trusted links. A good guidance on how many links... ask yourself if you would be willing to tell Google the amount of links you have created.

    Yes, for SEO purpose 3% keyword density is good. There are many tools to check keyword density like webconfs.com but you can also count it manually by:
    No of keywords on a page divided by the total no. of words multiplied by hundred.

    It is right that the site having higher PR increases the site's rank but there is no as such concept that link building should be developed per month. The process of link submission should not be fast and always select those sites which are relevant for your site.

    Keyword: There is no such criteria for keyword density but some seo says that 3 to 8 % is good from seo standard.

    You can check keyword density at www.ranks.nl

    Link Building: Provide Informational Content to world you will get the backlink.
