I would recommend running a relatively inexpensive for a logo in the contest forum on this site and you can get a range of fantastic options like the one displayed above by renderwork.

The star in your logo doesn't satisfy the "o" character, try with some other design..

What is that icon pointing in your logo actually ?? Its nice one but try to furnish it more and make it more glossy and attractive and try to use some other font as well and try some effects with your logo too ...
    Thanks

Replace the star with a snowflake crystal type image (you may need to resize)

    example:

    http://www.its.caltech.edu/~atomic/snowcrystals/

You might want to put a different sized snow crystal in place of the O in Upload (smaller than the first snow crystal).

Work on the color of the font. Ice allows light to pass through it and the blue that results is the only color that is "trapped" it therefore has a special bluish hue.

You need a background. THat one is the tough part. Perhaps icebergs as a back drop (small, out of perspective) or an antarctic like scene. Basically the colors are white in the background.
