Sorry but I can't share my keywords. The less competition the better for me. That is why I only have one of my very small sites in my signature. The less competition you have in your niche the better! Look for the long-tail keywords that pay well but have less competition and you will find some decent success!

As mentioned above - 4. But only one of the 4 makes about 95% of the income.

There is a few tools I use to find these longtail keywords. Not all of them work but you have to keep trying till you find the one that works. I use the following tools:

- Spyfu - gives you a rough estimate of the cost per click
- Google Keyword Tool - this helps you research competition and the amount of searches to keywords
- SEO Book - I use this one to get an idea of how many people search for certain keywords and spinoffs of those keywords. I look for keywords with over 100 views per day.

I can't give you a magical number of how many times you write about that keyword in a particular page. All I can tell you is that it needs to be natural. You can't write as though you are writing for a search engine. You need to write naturally so that people can follow it and its interesting. It also needs to be fresh new content. Google likes new and original because thats what users want. So you have to keep that in mind when writing your pages. Then if possible you need to use the keywords you are focusing on a few times.
