If you can't come up with your own ideas you are doomed to failure. A good starting point is a blog+wiki Wiki is for more detailed information while the blog is for ramblings and summaries and for linking to wiki articles. You just need to come up with content.

I honestly and terribly hate to say this, but the surest way to make good money online is to write (or scrape) good content. I used to think lots of machinations and interesting methods would always work, but I always found myself coming back to the same thing - content gets you indexed, indexed gets you traffic, traffic gets you clicks. Throw affiliate promotion into the equation, and PPC traffic to speed starting sites up and you're set.
