Will Google Re-Consider My Appeal?

Ok I will try not to make this thread like one of those pointless banned from adsense threads.

I got banned from google, so Im going to skip the whining and crying and complaining part. Got clicked attack, and got banned innocently. Whether you believe me or not, but this is not the point of the thread.

I sent google a reinstatement letter, they replied after 48 hours and rejected me. I don't understand why or if I just didn't give enough evidence. So I sent another reinstatement letter right after that with more proof. (screenshots, logs etc.)

Will adsense still take the second appeal into consideration? IN the first email when they rejected my appeal, it states my duplicated appeals may not be considered. But it may be though.

If it does get considered, how long do you think they will take to reply? Im sure its not going to be after 48 hours since its already been almost a week.

if they have not replied in a week then it means that they are not going to re-consider your appeal

I doubt thats true though, unless Im wrong. I've seen some cases where it takes more than a month to reply.
Such as: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=46762 (more than a week)

What Im worry about is if they will reconsider it at all for the second time. Even if its a month, as long as I get a positive response, its worth it.

don't just wait for their reply. find an alternative, adbrite, yahoo etc etc,
if they accept you back, fine. but start looking at alternatives now rather than after a month

I've already applied for ypn, and I've done other things etc. etc. Adsense isn't just a try-it-out-but-got-banned-oh-well-forget-it-lets-move-on-and-give-up game to me. Especially when I got banned innocently.

What I am seeking for is information or if anyone has experienced the same situation can give me some advice.

You did the right thing by replying with more proof so they should review your case but it will take more time for them to review that new information.

All I can really say is sit tight and good luck ;)

I wonder if G takes into consideration the quality of the site(s) when reviewing the appeal..
2 directory sites, a DNS lookup site, and a Myspace site with "resources" such as Mesothelioma.org may not be to your advantage..

turfsniffer: Guess so.. all I sent them was a few logs in the first appeal, enough proof (i thought). But I guess I should have provided more information...

I would wonder the same thing - in other words how serious do you take your online business.

    Harmony,

No idea if your second request will be considered, but let me ask you a question: Did Adsense specify which site got you banned, and was it the Myspace site?

No, I got the same old invalid clicks letter.

I didn't get much traffic for my myspace site, I use bulletins but not a lot at once, I don't want to get banned from it. What I did was made a myspace profile for my site (with links), and just requested around 30 friends per day, about 1/5 of them actually visits my page. I purchased a few bulletins before in seperate weeks but it didn't really do much.

Could be possible that I got banned because of it, but the reason (i thought) for it was when I got back from vacation. I checked my earnings, it tripled on a few channels. Sent google a letter about it, few hours later, got banned. Checked my adlogger logs, one ip showed up around 40 - 50 times. Now I know it can be just guess but they wouldn't have been messing with the ads for more than 5 times that makes the script guess the clicks, which is what I normally get.

I also only sent adsense two appeals so far, I don't know if I should be senting it everyday and clog up their system since they only replied to my first appeal I sent last time and I sented around 3.

Is this the Myspace site? I've always contend that Myspace sites were prime candidates for problems with Adsense.

No, Clicks were generated in each of my channels. My Whois Lookup site generates barely any clicks ever since it has very poor traffic but it had a few clicks (I don't remember the exact amount for all my channels since it was from last month)
Usually I get around 5 - 8 clicks per day on my myspace site. They're all less than 5 cents.

Sorry if Im not stating everything as clear as I can. I know that clicks were tripled in most channels (extracting the forums etc.) It was from around June 25th and I didn't record the exact details down.

The myspace site might have had something to do with it. Normally it gets just a little bit more than www.postdotcom.com or the same amount. Postdotcom.com usually generated the most clicks before I created the myspace site.
