    Hi,
I work from my computer, precisely an internet marketer. I am having problem with my eyes. Anytime i am on my pc, i feel pains and my eyes gets heavy. Sometimes all the problems disappears. I have gone to my doctor and still all the therapies he gave wasn't able to remedy the situation. But i am afraid of one big thing, i am afraid of getting blind. Sometimes it get reddish. Is any other one having this kind of problem? How do you battle this?

Take a 15 minute break after each hour use of the PC. Walk around the house or something, just to rest your eyes.

The best practice is to look at far off objects after every 10-15 minutes. It is a great relaxation exercise for eye muscles...

Do also avoid rubbing your eyes...more often.....and yes..drink lots of water...

    Regards,

Yeah you probably have eye strain, it happens. You have to start taking more breaks, and not working for as long at your computer.

I recommend you to visit a good eye specialist every month otherwise you have to wear a big big big i mean a very big spectacles of +5 no. like me.
Oh damn i look such a big noob in them.:(:(
and yeah here are some disadvantages which I got after wearing such big spectacles:

    1. Well I Lost my girlfriend. She cant see me in such stuff and i cant see her without that stuff.
    2. My friends used to called me chokha (Person having four eyes)
    3. Cant wear sunglasses or Goggles
    and many more
So be hurry i dont want that any other person would face as such.

    Hi mate,
it happens to me too, i went to the doctor he said he thinks its Computer vision syndrome,
he said everytime that il be on the computer my eyes will act like that, you can have breaks every hour, go around your house, or close your eyes for few minutes, to let them rest.

    regards

Take a rest after you have used the computer an hour or two, walk around or drink water. When looking at objects, see if you can see any green objects such as trees, flowers and hedges.
