My student loan site has been around for years. http://www.studentloanrelief.org It has always ranked at least top 4 for its namesake keywords student loan relief now it has lost SERPs for keywords it has historically ranked well for student loan support group student loan help This is not a cookie cutter site so I see no reason google should do this
honestly no never this is original content not cookie cutter the posts are real people with real student debt i have never used any blackhat on the site never any directory submissions no spamming of site on forums nothing nothing wrong , just go old hard work
Hmm 1. You are probably not truly a .org as noted under 501c3 of the IRS code. So youre using the wrong TLD. Googles finally made this determination and downgraded your site. 2. Google devalued any .edu links you may have had pointing to your site. 3. Google glitch...it happens and can usually take a bit of time to rectify 4. Server may have been down when they last crawled? 5. Being as your trying to make money via Adsense, and not truly offer student loan relief...... people who were looking for a real student loan relief site wrote to Google and complained...(least likely scenario) Good luck!!
Stop trying to boost your post count !!!! If you cannot offer anything constructive don't bother to post..... Your income may be secure... but not everyone has life so lucky.....
any decrease on your inboundlinks amount? I notice one of my blog links amount is decreasing each day. weird
actually the only issue i take offense to is the adsense i hardly make any with adsense and the money i do make goes directly back to the people who contribute to the site so i actually do provide relief to all people with student loan debt who write on it.

You are not the only one this has happened to. It just happened to me 2 days ago. I think the best thing you can do is give it up to a week before taking any other action (such as contacting google for reconsideration or along those lines). I don't have any solid advice for you, just wanted to let you know that you are not alone. I'm thinking this is part of the bouncing process that has been going on during this "major/whatever the heck it is" update that's been taking place for ~3 weeks or so. I know there are others out there with the same thing happening. I also know that the initial instinct is to "panic". However, as hard as it may be, let's try to have a little patience. At least, that's what I'm doing for the time being. Remember, it takes a bit for the system to shake itself out. My guess for all of the bouncing that has been going on is that google is introducing a lot of new sites into the main index. The more that are added, the more diluted the results will be until it settles. If anyone else has had this happen to them recently, please post whether or not you were back in the serps and if so, how long did it take. (hope that is not a thread jack)
1. Have you added new content lately? 2. Have you added new backlinks lately? 3. Has your site been hacked or any kind of spam links introduced lately? 4. Is it just a fluke where Google is updating their databases?
Just give it some time like a week or two it should recover, but send a note to google anyway and see what happens
how to send a note to google? i have similar things like this, i lost all google serps for a week already.
lol, really? i never really heard they are planning for OS. Well After G1's launch im really waiting if they launch their OS.
it also happen to me last feb, one of my site is ranking for that particular keywords for almost a year now, then in one day all the traffic keywords suddenly disappear. I reported the site to google and now waiting for response... my question is, how long do you think before google reply to this problem, because it's been a month now.
