Avoid Doing Business With Joe Tamargo AKA Sundaybrew.

I want everyone at Digital Point to know I just got ripped off by Joe Tamargo, who is also known as Sundaybrew. I wrote articles for him last Friday, and he delayed payment for three days. He gave me another assignment this week, which I started on monday, but couldn't finish because I suddenly had to move out of my old office into a new one, as well as disconnect my DSL.

Finally, on Friday when I finish the articles and email them to them, I get an email from him AFTER I send the articles telling me he doesn't want them because I took to long. As I said in the previous paragraph, I haven't been able to get work done this week because I needed to switch offices. I had to threaten him just to get a response from him, and he has ignored my emails.

The bottom line is that I finished the articles, and I wasted time working on a project that he isn't going to pay for. I will post our emails here so you can read just how many times I had to email him in order to get a response. My itrader points speak for themselves. I've never ripped anyone off and I've done a good job:

I told you on the last email that I didnt want them,

I am tired of your threats, I have heard enough,

You threatened me last time with this and I wont stand for it ,

I havnet even opened the zip,

    I email you and said

That I couldnt wait and was going to hire someone else, and I did
before you sent me the articles,

I did not rip you off,

If you leave me negative feedback , I will do the same and then start
a post with the transsripts from this email showing everyone on the
forum how you like to bully people around

I assume , you will just learn better biz practices and learn to deal
with people in the right manner

    Have a great day,

I have not opned the zip you forced upon me or nor I will

    Joe

Notice the number of times I emailed him asking for payment. If you wrote articles for someone, would you want to wait three days in order to get paid? I went to finish them on tuesday, but had to disconnect my internet service and change offices. I've never dealt with someone at digital point that is so impatient.

I'll vouch for Tesla's way that he does business. He's writing a few articles for me, and has already done several projects in the past.

He does a great job for article writing, just completed a 10,000 word project for me.

    Good luck Tesla.

As far as I know joe/sundaybrew, he is a great guy to deal with I haven't have had any problems whatsoever with him.

And yes, incase you were having net problems, moving out to new office, you must inform him right? Is a cybercafe that far from your house?

This is business dude, if you have not informed him that you are off for a week, its entirely your mistake and not his.

I guess its time for me to respond,

I have 26 positive feedbacks EVEN one from telsa saying " Joe is a Great Customer"

Then after a delay becuase of some internet connection he had , or a new office , I tell him never mind - He responds a day later and says pay me or I will ruin you , WHICH he is trying to do with this thread alone using my last name and all which is fine because I have nothing to hide,

MY 26 IMPECCABLE feedbacks before this should tell the public how I do bizness,

    Thank you

    Joe Tamargo

    Thanx Humm:)

Agreed, that is why I started " I need advice thread " YET he started this thread using my last name and all?

I never mentioned names in my thread or anything

How come the mods are letting this thread attack me in this thread EVEN with my last name?

I agree, you've conducted yourself well, I wasn't directing that post at you.

Also, Tesla has already left red iTrader rep, while sundaybrew has refrained from doing so.

Ok - I wasnt sure , I mean I dont care that my last name is here, I have nothing to hide, I just think that telsa is showing any professionalism he even stated in the opening paragraph that
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I want everyone at Digital Point to know I just got ripped off by Joe Tamargo, who is also known as Sundaybrew.

And he is talking about me delaying and not responding to him>?
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
As you can see by his own admission he was the one that delayed all the work.............I dont get it ?

And as far as a scammer (besides my 26 positives) I even donated over $70 to Shawns server....

as in this thread...........I think my name and actions stand for themseleves

Sundaybrew, you delayed payments last saturday. You said you would pay me last saturday, and you didn't. I emailed you about it, and you emailed me saying you were tired and would pay me at 7 p.m. I waited and still no payment at 7 p.m...it is easy to see why I would get annoyed. You finally paid me on sunday, but that was not the day you promised.

As you can see, your decison to delay payments annoyed me, just as my decision to delay the completion of your articles until friday annoyed you. The difference between the situation is that I did my part, and was stuck in a situation that was unexpected.

Writing articles is a difficult business. It is hard work, and when I finish a job, I'd like to be paid within a reasonable period of time. Maybe I was wrong for using your last name, but I worked for 3 hours on those articles and I didn't receive anything for it. I also recall emailing you and everyone else last week to let you all know there would be a delay. Everyone else I work with didn't have a problem with their articles being delayed because I needed to move in a new office. I have finished many of their projects, and they are happy about it.

$50 really isn't that big of a deal, but it is the principle behind it. Do you think I want to come into a message board and start a thread about this?

Since I guess you would like everyone to know my first and last name, I might as well let them see who I am as well, I wish you well in your writing biz.

Telsa has written over 50 articles for me and all has been good. Usually he gets them done at an insanely fast pace. Sometimes he emails me and says "hey, I'm running behind, it's going to take an extra day or two"

Just saying I have dealt with him a ton of times(more than anyone else here) and he always conducts himself in a good way. =x

I dont even know if telsa knows who I am because we always talk via Email. Incase youre wondering who I am telsa, it's

Just a thought.. Is insulting someone over faq rules counted as a personal attack?

All I can say is basically, tesla, you should have informed him you were going to be unable to do the work for whatever days.

Did he make a deposit? It doesn't seem like it from what I read so basically he had the right to back out. He was unable to wait, instead why not try selling the articles to someone else who could use them.

I didn't break any of the forum rules. That is why the mods haven't done anything. I never attacked your website, and I never attacked you personally. However, I'm making it known that I did work I didn't get paid for. What is wrong with that? I've seen it happen here before. Someone starts a thread saying they didn't get paid by someone for work they did.

I'm not lying. That is exactly what happen.

That is not a bad idea.

You seem to avoide a question although its been asked three times.

Did you inform him that you are moving your office so finishing up articles would take more time than expected/requested/given.
In your mails to him, I am not able to find it.
So if you didnt inform him then its obviously your fault.

Anyway I think this is nothing to discuss in public, you both had given iTraders to each other, so deal it personaly and take it to the PMs.
