Can I buy France domain from TR?

I want to buy a .fr domain but reside in the TR, so can I buy?

how much is it ?

I believe .fr domains are restricted to residents & corporations in France.

The registar system may allow you allow you to register even if you are not french citizen, but .fr can take it away from you at anytime.

Be accureate with any ccTLD. On the first view if you are not resident your registrar can alow you to have domain name, but in another hand that might be a problem once resident wants your domain name
