just a few tips, don't register a very important domain as your free domain, I don't recommend making your web host and domain registrar the same company - also if you want to pay monthly, you probably won't get the free months because those usually require that you pay a few months to a few years in advance good luck.
I would suggest to register your domain at godaddy.com and use technody.com as your webhost, their plans range from 4.95$ to 9.95$
