Hey guys, basically im looking for some easy-to-join CPA networks that dont require a professional-looking site to get in. I basically need them to allow me to put up like offers, or forms and get paid for having people put their email address or post code in the forms that they provide. And i need them to pay my by paypal aswell. Any1 know any such networks?

well, it's not so easy to get accepted , they call you by phone and if you waant to be payd paypal they need to verify your traffic source and quality
The vast majority of CPA networks require a phone call. It isn't difficult. After my first pmt was sent via check, I was moved right to paypal.
well what about the site itself? What if i dont own a professional-looking completely legitamate site?
Any network will catch you if you have a blackhat website. No good network will send you first payment by paypal.
its not a blackhat website, i just have a tv-show streaming website where i dont host any of my vids, just link them.

Hi, I've been promoting CPA offers from a network. CPA networks want you to have website and some of them do not accept fresh sites. I had a fresh site but I was approved within few hours after applying. What you can do is apply to this network and immediately call up the affiliate manager. In most cases they will approve you on the spot.

I don't find any really good CPA network as Clickbooth has good CPA programs and more campaigns but they are not legitimate. I would like to recommend only CJ which has cobination of CPA and sales campaigns also. Best Of Luck...!
