    Hi every one,

I am very new to Adsense. I actually use it for a month last year and got $30,0 for about 200 clicks, but from that time, I never use this.

I am planning to use it for some future websites, and I think myself should have at least a basic understanding about this. I hope you can explain to me. I am sorry if these questions look funny, or silly to you.

(i). The relationship btw keywords, contents and channel.

Google asks to choose channels, right? and they place ads according to the contents of the site. But what is the meaning of channel (or keywork)? WHILE when adding ads, they just base on the content.

So, in this case, why do we have to work very hard to find the high-paid keyword, while Google just chooses add based on contents.

(ii). What is the meaning of "contextual ads"? Does this simply mean "content-targeted"? In this case, I am confused why ads service needs to use there things like "content-based", "content-targeted", and "contextual".

(iii). Google pays for ONLY unique clicks, unique visitors or just all?

    Thank you very much.

They call it contextual because the ads show based on the context of both the site showing the ads and the keywords in the advertiser's account.

You only pay for unique clicks.
