I was reading my email this morning and I got this:

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Hello,

We regularly review AdSense accounts for compliance with our program policies. It has come to our attention that you are encouraging users to visit easemystress.blogspot.com in a manner that violates AdSense policies.

Publishers are not permitted to encourage users to click on Google ads in any way. For example, publishers may not draw attention to a website displaying Google ads through unsolicited mass emails, advertisements on third-party websites, or excessive referrer requests (commonly known as referrer spam).

To ensure that your account remains in compliance with our guidelines, please review our program policies (https://google.com/adsense/policies ). If you are found in violation of AdSense policies in the future, we may disable your account.

    Sincerely,

    The Google AdSense Team

    Issue ID# 633598

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------

This issue is in lined with an email I got two weeks ago saying...

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Hambels,

Ceblogger here of http://ceblogger.com. I would like to email you regarding a comment (yet for approval or deletion) left in my website which says as follows:

"Hello there. PLease visit my site and click on my ads or else I will click your ads 100 times you will be banned from google adsense! Do this just one click on my google ads ok? This is my address: http://easemystress.blogspot.com/ DO IT FAGGOT b wetrwer"
    the IP add is 170.65.218.6

As I did some IP ad lookup, the number is from the US. I understand that you are a fellow pinoy and may even be based here in the Philippines. Though I wanted to overlook that comment i mentioned above, i happened to bump into your comment posted at macuha.com. Curiosity led me to your blog and so i read some entries.

Though I am not accusing you of anything, two possibilities popped up in my mind. 1) you actually did it, or 2) someone out there is envious of your blog and wanted you to get you banned. You got some pretty high traffic in there.

I just raised this concern so that you too will be aware.

    Ceblogger

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------

Need your help guys. I'm so bothered that my Adsense will be disabled and I did nothing wrong. I already replied to adsense-support@google.com explaining my side. Will they acknowledge or read it?

Not sure if I'm the only one not clear on what's happening but are you saying you left this comment on this Ceblogger:

"Hello there. PLease visit my site and click on my ads or else I will click your ads 100 times you will be banned from google adsense! Do this just one click on my google ads ok? This is my address: hxxp://easemystress.blogspot.com/DO IT FAGGOT b wetrwer"

Indeed this is an unfortunate situation. But unless google has proof that the message is written by you it is nonsensical to ban you. This method can be used to ban anyone then. Also google wouldn't ban you unless you have a lot of clicks from users coming from that blog.

Just to clarify, I did not encouraged anyone to click my ads. Nor am I responsible for sending the above comments. I traced the IP of the comment and it came from the US, and I'm from the Philippines.

That came after my best traffic day. And two days after, I just lost traffic.

No.. A friend of my emailed me that somebody commented on that site saying such things. Of course, I will not do that because I am aware it may get me banned. Somebody pretending to be me, maybe jealous of the traffic I'm getting, is doing so.

Make a post on your blog reaching out to anyone who may have received a comment like that and link to the post in a highly visible area on your blog.
Tricks like this depend on an assumption that you're doing something else shady anyway and will condemn yourself by hiding from the issue.

Get with both your ISP, and Google about allowing them to talk to eachother about your activities.

I do think they will probably acknowledge your stand in this case! Did you send them a copy and the IP address of that email which you received?

It may just take a little time to respond, or you may not even hear back from them? But hopefully they will acknowledge your case and not ban you or anything.

Did this email punk in fact do some click bombing on your ads? Do the stats show a bunch of clicks all together?

    That ip came from US

some one raised the issue on adsense help forum

    http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/AdSense/thread?tid=63fa37841ae4c9c5&hl=en

    www.google.com/support/forum/p/AdSense/thread?tid=63fa37841ae4c9c5& hl=en

Ok go there and defend your self!

I think some one sabotage you!

hey check also the ip of your visitors! one thing is for sure he/she is constant visitor in your blog!
Tell Google that you stay from the Philippines and you are not using that ip address...
The sabotager came from..... just look the ip

You have to monitor your visitors bro!

I think the one who posted to adsense help forum is not aware with the matter that you stay from the Philippines and not from the US! and the one who posted to adsense help forum is not aware with some one sabotaging your blog and Adsense Account!

Defend your self, your right and Google must consider you!

I think that sabotage is not successful at all..
You can go and defend defend your self before banning comes!

Hoping that I help you in your problem!
Hoping that you will resolve this soon...

Just stop making fraud clicks and you would never have to worry about such mail again. Also if you find someone is deliberately clicking on your site, then forward the details to Google and those people will take care of the rest.

Do not worry, This is just a notice and not a final ban......
