I don't think anyone would allow you to that unless they are not aware of the fact. But if they get any complaints, they will sue your account. But why you want to do that and invite legal problems for free.

Well, as a procedure, every host will contact their customer to seek justification. Its very rare a hosting company will fire you without clarifying anything from you.
