I am currently using Black Label Ads but want to switch because it seems like there is very few banners in the rotation and it seems like they have a low pay rate. But I could be wrong as I am not too experienced with adult PPC. That statistics you have are not that bad at all, $0.07 per click on adult site is pretty good. You may try contacting Adult Ad World and asking them about your signup status.

Your CTR is very low. Consider changing ads placement. Your CPC , .07, is very good. Black Label Ads is quite good when it comes to CPC.
