I found this today http://www.domainsarefree.com/ Any experience/feedback, positive or negative. Thanks.
it is a webhosting company 'globat.com' and the domains are sold with the hosting and it is normal to offer a for-free domain name while ordering a hosting package...
Well I see the for free package, but there is also a $3.99 across the board registration. Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with them. Thanks.
Used their service and I'm very satisfied. I registered many domains from domainsarefree.com and there's no problem. If you want to transfer your domain any other registrar you should contact with support team and ask EPP code. Their support team are very polite.
According to their website, renewals are $14.95. Also, no transfers are allowed within 40 days before the renewal date, so if you are going to transfer to another registrar, you just need to remember to do it well ahead of the renewal date.
I have never heard of them, but based on their name I would've thought that domains should be given away for free
Domainsarefree.com is a child company of globat.com. First year of registration charge is less. However, renewal charge is higher than usual renewal charges.
If i bought a domain name on that site "Domainsarefree.com" could i renew my name on other domain seller??? cox its to expensive to renew on them.???
I came across them and then I read some reviews that it is a scam. But we cannot say the truth because, competitors may have put in faulty bad reviews. I have not used them so far, domainlazy dot com is one site that I know of, that ofers domains for $4.99 each.
thats actually a really good company.. very timely, and up time is great.. the $3.99 domain name.. if you are looking for a cheap domain name, some hosting companies offer you free dot com's like justhost.com and yahoo hosting is $1 for a domain name, however, when it comes to hosting, the domain isnt important, the hosting is.. yea let me buy a domain name for $1 from you, and receive horrible hosting :/.. i would go with justhost.com great service..
