Doing Promotion... What else??

    heyas!
    I have been doing promotion of my site for the last 3 months... it's a gaming site.. i have done a) RSS submissions 2) Directory Submissions 3) Social Book markings 4) Advertising through chat portals 5) Posting Comments on various blog/websites 6) Word of mouth
    :confused:

    What else can i do, in terms of marketing, to get more people on my gaming site?
    Should keep doing all of the above? or should i try something new?
    I have also tried my hands on Free Classifieds...
    hmm... what else?

    Have you tried targeting gaming forums or maybe some paid forms of advertising like PPC?
