Sandbox is myth, i'm sure in 100%. After 15 days when my new site was released it's now around 900-1000 U/v >>>from google search<<<. Hehe
I have a site 15 days old. 2 days more than 6000 UV (80% from google) (AV 1500 UV/day) And today 0 visitors from google? And than you gonna tell me that it is a myth??
You can't take one site and a little luck and claim to debunk a theory. Do this with 100 sites and document your progression, and maybe you might have something. Just because you got a little lucky 15 days into a new domain, means nothing.
This is common practice with google. You will get some love to begin with then they won't send you any traffic at all for months. It takes time to establish authority with google. You have to prove your new site is not spam. I'll predict that in about 15 days you will return to this thread telling us you are penalized.
No i'am not banned. If i was banned the site was completely gone from the google index. But when i search mysite.com it shows first.
Perhaps you are a new webmaster like me and have just learned about the term "sandbox". Duh, your site is enjoying google's Honeymoon Period atm, soon it will sink in sandbox, but I don't wish that for u coz right now my first site is in sandbox so I know how it feels.
Some pretty nice debate going on. I just read about Google Sandbox on some blog. I do not have much knowledge about it. So far my Google traffic is constant. So no idea at all. If there is some expert here please focus some light.
Ahh...Yes my honeymoon was nice I got married and divorced TWICE!!!! But he is RIGHT. THERE is NO Sandbox.... There is however a filter that somehow puts new sites in there place by slapping the heck out of them back into time before the SERP's existed...LOL But good luck.... And congrats on your page one results....For now
I don't think SandBox is a myth. Just it is not experienced by all sites. Some new sites with good content often by pass Sandbox.
sandbox != myth have a lot of examples when site created, indexed by google, giving ~1k u/v per day and in 7-14 days it dropped down in SERPs...
Dude... i have around 30 new sites lost 90% traffic after 1 months. If sandbox wasn't exist, how this can be to happen? Sandbox is It's not Myths... If you feel there is no sandbox, then there are 2 probability: 1. You only have 1-2 site and you are the lucky guy that survive from the filters. 2. You are very expert and experienced. You know how to avoid the sandbox with loads of content and thousands of links on the first months.
