Does anyone know of one? The only one I knew of was WP-Affiliate and it no longer works with the newer versions of WP.

Simply do a 301 redirect in .htaccess for affiliate links. You don't need a plugin to do this.

I agree, its free and simple I use it on about 10 different blogs, Ninja Affiliate is great too but you have to pay for it.

Thanks for recommending WP Redirect Plugin, it looks really good...however I still dont understand how this takes the place of cloaking links. For instance, I originally wanted my Amazon affiliate links to show "mysite.com/productname" instead of the affiliate link.

Great -- Thanks!! That appears to be exactly what I was looking for. Let's hope it works with the new WP.

GoCodes works better for cloaking links, and another option is w-shadow.com/blog/2007/07/28/link-cloaking-plugin-for-wordpress/

Thanks vrktech - I read the comments on that plugin and it looks like it's not working with the newest version of WP :(

Perhaps you should try pretty links where you can Shrink, track and share any URL on the Internet from your WordPress blog.
You can get more information abou it here http://blairwilliams.com/pretty-link/
