So this is a database dump site? Any paid posts? Is the SEO work done on the site bringing in any traffic? Any real members signing up?

No clue what a database dump site is? The previous owner was the original owner, and built most the members and content thats there now, I've simply revamped it, SEO'd it and turned it completely around.

Not to my knowledge. I know i have never personally paid for any.

The SEO work was just completed today. It will probably take a week or so for Google to pick up the changes then it should start to steadily increase in traffic.

All the members that are there are real and confirmed email address (IE none bounced when sending a newsletter). The site gets virutally no spam due to a modified register.php script

Can the vbulletin license be transferred since it's only a few weeks old? Can you prove ownership of the vbseo and vbulletin license please?

EDIT:

I retract my bid! Neither the vBSEO license or vbulletin license can be transferred until they are 90 days old. And I assume going by this thread that they are both around 5 days old.

 

vBulletin license is 2 months old still a few weeks before it can be transferred since i bought it before using it on this domain.

vBSEO license is only about 5 days old indeed since the site appeared to have a nulled copy.

Either way you can have the accounts associated with these and then transfer the software to yours, or take the chance of waiting the 3 months and price increasing
