Sounds like you should do what you ask and login to your account.

As for the rest.. I am not sure what you are doing is even acceptable in the eyes of Paypal.. but I don't know for sure.

Regardless, if you have any issue and they tell you what to do, you should probably do it. In this case they told you to login to your account and take care of business.

We have no of way of knowing what your paypal account will say when you log in. Well I do, but I only use my telekinetic powers for evil.

    to arale:

if you're account is limited, just login to your paypal account and look inside there to know why your account is limited.

    mini_m:

that's one the main reasons (paypal giving limited accounts for no reason at all) why GBuy is looking attractive right now. Of course, in a few years GBuy will probably be doing the same thing.

So if someone can type perfect Engliish, that mean they can't speak it? Are you dumb, like me, as I cant speak English.

As I always say to people that complain about PayPal blocking accounts - just go and think why would they limit/block accounts? Was it hacked? Uses lame passwords? Or do dodgy deals? Or received a very large amount with your first transaction?
People are too quick to judge PayPal....

If you go into business, my advice is to go through the right steps - such as a get a bank account/etc.

    :)

It does seem hypocritical when people blame PayPal for their problems although they are breaking PayPal's TOS.

You had to open a PP account in your home country, if you could not, then you should have never tried to be smarter than PP, and look for other ways to send/receive payments. Ikobo and other companies allow non-PP countries in their list of acceptable places to do business.

    1- Paypal Sucks
2- Probably kiss your account bye bye
3- Still, call them and know why. If as Tyler mentined you were away from shady business, there still might be a chance to get full acecss.

    Yay, it got resolved :D.

This morning I got an e-mail with the subject: "Paypal account restored to normal"! I was so happy.

I guess the 1000+ words letter must have done the trick :p.

I think that the best advise I can give to people is to verify their accounts if you are going to work with large sums of money £100+. The other one is never to transfer large sums into your account on the day of creation :D.. and you should be out of trouble.

Well, I can see that it says "Limitation cannot be appealed". In my opinion, that means that you can forget about paypal. It has most likely been caused by the US bank account you added.

I wouldn't worry if I were you, there's nothing to lose. Just use a different alternative.

No, I think the point is you can't use a US bank account and expect PayPal not to notice. This time, try to find a legal way to do your business ;)
