Problem in adwords system ?

    I am facing problem in making new accounts for adwords .
    Often ads dont trigger and if it does at all then after going 100 $ , budget exceeds :(.

    I am using prepaid accounts in India and noticed this problem in last 2 day .
    Is anybody else facing similar problem?

    its not just a problem of one person ... there is a big problem with new accounts, vouchers, ads stopping even with old accounts and things like that.

    i have wide range of clients and even they have told the same . This problem started some 4 to 5 days ago.

    Sounds like big G has had an update in its Adwords system. What has their customer support saidr about this?
    I hate it when they do this :(
