Simple but effective banner wanted. $30 paypal ASAP!

Hello all.

I would like a banner designed to go onto this website close protection world.co.uk /forums.php

If you look new the top of the forums, above the menu, you will see a small black circle.

What I need is a banner which is to replace the black circle.

I would like it to contain a picture, something like an eye on the left of the banner and the following words beside

"Opsec and Persec Think Security before you type"

I need it to match the format of the forum, a small file as its going to be shown on each page.

Width can be upto 600 and height upto 50 pixels

I've attached an effort I cam up with, see why I need help!
