    Over 7 months without a drink, over 6 months without a cigarette.

    Yes I am bumping an old thread, give me an infraction, red me to hell, ban me if you must. I'm just happy as hell I have lasted this long and I had to thank my hero C...

    Thank you Colleen for helping me quit all of my bad things including smoking and drinking ;)

    If a drunk like me can quit drinking and smoking ANYONE can...

    I quit smoking 2 things not just tobacco ;) I also quit coffee and most of my favorite foods, much more than just drinking and smoking..

    Not hard, just have to have goals, driving force and a hero :D
