    I didn't know Bodog had a CPA program for poker? I know they have the regular sign up and you get money once they deposit but I have not seen the CPA for poker on any network.

    Bodog is really strict about their affiliate program. I asked if I could use them, they said that my site needed to be 10 or more years old. Good Luck!
