Hello, I'm one of those who feels my clickbank account get commission shavings.Now, I have an idea.If many people start doing testing and buy from each other's link just to test.If many of us start doing it, do you think clickbank will dare to shave commissions if they were doing ? Because if they are caught once, its gonna be posted on here and 1000's of clickbank affiliates will know, soon get posted on 100's of blogs.This way clickbank will not dare to shave any commission if they know we affiliates are doing testing from time to time privately. Its simple, just ask your friend to go to google, search for your keyword, click on your adword or on the top x link, get your cookie and buy it, u then can return the money to your friend.You can then check if you are being shave.Imagine u ask 10 people to do it, if u get all 10/10 commissions, then u can sit in peace and promote clickbank again. I have seen lots of people getting frusted and feels its almost impossible to know what's happening.We got to be united then only we will be stronger than clickbank. A wood stick can be easily break, but if we are united, 50 sticks is not easily broke.Don't let them comes in and try to break us. Its easy, just do it and I'm sure alot of your commissions are going to come back when clickbank is aware of this.They will be freak of getting caught by affiliates.I can see only few people trying to catch clickbank and that's why the problem is still there and we are loosing. Now, all u got to do is just do test more often. This is the only way to win, believe me, the key is uniting. Now, I know some of people here might comes in and say they don't shave blah blah... We just want clickbank to be aware that we are looking at them closely and if they dare shave, they can get kick in the a*s. Sorry, but I might not be posting again, I have said what I want to say. Good luck to all, if u feel u getting shave, don't sit and cry, get up and do the testing, don't leave it to only few people do the testing, everyone do it and clickbank won't dare to shave.I would be happy to see people creating threads and ask your friend to do the test. Remember, this is the only way.
The age of your account on dp doesn't make u more intelligent than me, I have been an affiliate for 6 years and I know this is the only way.
I could have a million posts and this would still be a dumb idea.......in fact it's probably the dumbest idea that I have heard yet. Vendors everywhere would be rejoicing with you silly idea watching refund after refund come in just because you thought it would keep clickbank on the straight and narrow.........if your ever find enough people who are stupid enough to follow your idea, please don't use any vendors products on D.P...........much appreciated............still a dumb idea
You are an idiot, stay away. I'm gonna post this on all major forum and see if clickbank dare shave my commissions. Guys, no need to post, if u feel ur commissions getting shave, just ask your friend or hire someone and let them buy via your link/your own product. Clickbank won't dare shave our money.
Yeah go ahead and post on all the major forums then it won't just be me telling me that your idea is dumb..... you dumb ass...... What's your product so I can buy it once a week and refund it after every purchase just to make sure clickbank isn't shaving. Please if you have any other bright ideas, just try holding your breath for something like 10 minutes underwater then you won't have to waste anybodies time with your stupid ideas........
You are afraid u will get many refunds ? Its just a small percentage of refund (less than 1%) compared to the normal customer refunding. You are truly an idiot, enough said. I'm going. Alright this is pointless, we're all affiliates here and we all work hard right ?? The thread starter brought up a legitimate problem, does clickbank shave sales?? It sure seems like it sometimes, let's work together to find a solution. Sure the solution the TS proposed wasn't the best but at least he's trying to think of something.
Really i guess your idea MAY work but not always. Suppose CB shaves: Then the following facts may be 100% true. [ Clickbank doesn't shave all the time. They do this only for an average of 10% of the total transactions. And that 10% can go up to 50% for some affiliates or publishers (that depends upon large number of factors) and that can even go down to 5% for some publishers and affiliates. CB has a dedicated staff to handle all the "shaving". They have their systems ready so that they can adjust the amount of shaves in any account. Whenever you complain to them, they simply do a setting using their "enterprise application" by which they lower down the "shaving" for a few days. Its a kind of orgainsed crime. ]
