Why do a policy page over all you got to do is add this to it it's simple.

    # Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our website.
    # Google's use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to our users based on their visit to our sites and other sites on the Internet.
    # Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the
Google ad and content network privacy policy

all you got to do is add the link to the last part.

It's important to note that "Account Settings" form of the "My Account" tab in your Adsense control panel has an option where you as a publisher can opt out of serving behavior-targeting ads, which would exempt you from needing to update your privacy policy.

Why would you need to update your privacy policy to include information about something you've opted out of ?

Makes absolutely no sense at all. I think you're confusing the update with the change in the Adsense TOS that requires publishers to actually have a privacy policy in the first place.

That generator is a great tool. It takes a lot of work out of the process but more importantly it it makes you really think about should be in your privacy policy. It seems that many websites just grab someone else's privacy policy and never really spend the time to tailor it reflect the use of information on their own website.
