Looking for Offshore Dedicated Server that allow warez/nulled scripts

    I am looking to find an offshore dedicated server that allow warez forum and nulled scripts.

    Specifications:
    - 24/7 and helpful support team (most important)
    - Dual Core / Core2Duo (preferred the latter)
    - 2GB Ram
    - 1000GB+ bandwidth
    - Linux
    - High-speed server connection (the current host I have got this problem)
    - Offshore and allow contents mentioned above
    - DirectAdmin panel is fine
    - 2 to 4 IP address
    - (optionally) free setup fee and OS installation


    If you have an offshore dedicated with specifications as above, please post them here and I will consider your offer.

    ^That is a very good one. I like the unlimited 1Mbps dedicated bandwidth.

    However, the price is a little too high for my budget. The current server I am using is $129/mo and that's fine with me. I would like to have a server that overall price isn't more than $150 if possible.

    Is there anything in your plan you can downgrade to reduce the server cost? I won't need that much hard disk space, etc.

    Other offers are welcomed as well.
