    Now i run it with blacklabelads.com ( Full page ads ) and i want to work with another ppc/cpm . And i need your advise:D.

    Adult Ad Word has banner ads, but they pay very good for them. They might added some extra ad zones, because the last time I checked it was like couple of weeks ago.
