Yes of course, my position at CPAThunder is Affiliate Manager. In addition, I also do advertise as well; help out as much as I can.

Keith Nguyen is the Owner of the Network, you can find most of our information on the website.

Also, as for now, we're only working with Limited Countries: US, CAN, AUS, and UK. We'll accept more international businesses later on.

One more thing, we do not accept paypal as a payment method at the moment; we will in the future. For now, we only do check or money wire/transfer weekly to affiliates that generate high volume.
