Nice list thanks! I also heard that nofollow sites only don't work for Google. The other search engines give you credit for those links. Correct me if I'm wrong anyone...

 

All social bookmarking sites not offer "nofollow" . Except links, you can make extra traffic from SBM sites. If your site have more bookmarks, google also offer some priority for indexing your site.

 

But even no follow bookmarking sites can help you bring traffic. that helps to improve alexa rankings

I have got a lot of traffic from Digg, I have not gone deep into stumble upon but i am currently experimenting with it.

for the bookmark sites that are dofollow,how valueable is the link seo wise? does more bookmarks within a bookmark site increase the link value for dofollow bookmark sites?, how should i use bookmarking for traffic?

Its more about 'making noise' than any actual link value, SBM's are a great way to get your brand name out there. Combined with other methods they are a useful tool.
