why my blog site is not indexed?

i am trying to have it indexed. but it's still not.
i have another blog to test plugins and themes. and it got indexed very quickly.
after i turned it down, the indexed pages were gone quickly too.

any suggestions?

thats googlel, its all about when it finds a link to your site, social bookmarking can almost guarantee google finds your site within a day, but there is never a solid guarantee about how long it takes

Social bookmarking is a good method. But do not spam. If you add new posts to your site continuously, google update your site quickly.

 

As others said, it's already indexed. Get more backlinks to your blog and internal links (try setting latest blog feed here).

You generally get crawled once every 30 days by Google and even longer by other search engines....yes social bookmarking will speed up that time....try creating a squidoo lens or hubpage with a link to your site. Or do a blog post with a link in it....then sociall bookmark these.

how do you get pages indexed? and what purpose is it for? does that just mean search engines include it in their database?

 

Its called a Triangle of Promotion. Each corner of the triangle points to two other corners of the triangle. The three points are social bookmarks, forums, and your website.
