I post 3-4 times a week, and am up to 800-900 unique visitors per day after 4 months. Don't forget to "alt text" your blog's images. That almost doubled my traffic. Granted, a lot of the image traffic is junk, but some of it isn't.
lol!!! good advice..i coupled all the advice and made a manual out of it...i created a blog about paypal issues found at http://paypalissues.blogspot.com and after 6hrs, i have received at least 25 visitors....now, i will implement the advice on the news blog and see what happens eventually....i could be the sleepy dog after all!! Its all in your angle and pitch. You might be breaking news but is your take different yet clever? A blog is not the same thing as the news, it should be biased, it should include an opinion and ideally your opinion should hit on the thing that everyone else missed. Think what your Niche is and hit it. Choosing the right title is key too.
