Will this site get my account disabled?

    Hello,
    I was wondering if Adsense would allow www.TVCram.com .
    The site does not host or embed any videos, it just links (which is 100% legal)

    Also does google give warning? Or just straight banning?

    AFAIK it's legal, as long as you do not host the video.
