You could use Dreamweaver (or any other HTML editor) to create a 'template', based on your design and then mark the content areas as 'editable regions'. Now chose 'make page from template'. Then you can edit the pages easily. That is, whenever you change the template, or any link in it, the whole thing/links update automatically. If you're having more than one basic layout/design on your page, you will have to create a separate template for that one, too... By the way.. if you're planning to re-design.. use a CSS based design, without tables.

Hello man, I thing you should start first by downloading joomla stable version...... and install it in your server,, At the time of intallation You get an info about admin section, After login into admin.. You get all thing of your choice,, Every thing is manageble like navigation, content, css, any pages, website themes. So dont woory about anything and try first.

I'd go with Wordpress, it's easy to use and has a ton of plugins and templates to use, a lot of them for free. Plus it's popular so getting help for minor problems or questions about finding the right plugins are readily available, I've had many questions answered on DP alone.
If you want a CMS based website you can try out Joomla, or you can get it developed from a professional. I think that would be a better idea as far as the functionality of the site is concerned…
