I am with domainer, I think PJN is a time waster. I've had a very unpleasant experience with them. It is one of those companies that should never exist.

The funny thing is that the referring site was one of my sites that I hadn't worked on for many months. Good thing I didn't start building more eBay stores. Another thing to consider is whether or not you selected Paypal as your payment option - if you did and never sent in the required PayPal authorization form then that would explain why your payment was held.
