I Hate Google Adwords!!!

Does anyone think Google are a big mafia or what? They take your money and then show NO support whatsoever. I tried asking them a couple of q's and they didn't respond yet (it's been 5 days!). Then, today, I tried asking them again, so I hope they respond to it. My brother also had the same problem!

Now if Google are the "biggest" (rip-off artists), then why don't they have enough people to handle their customers? Man I hate them!

    Me too.

So I started an msn adcenter account (live.com).

Their customer service has been excellent, by email and phone. Huge change from G.

I asked why I haven't received my $50 sign-up credit after following a Google ad page showing this. The page they put up was (https://www.google.com/accounts/ServiceLogin?service=adwords&hl=en-US&ltmpl=adwords&passive=true&ifr=false&alwf=true&continue=https%3A%2F%2Fadwords.google.com%2Fselect%2Fgaiaauth%3Fapt%3DNone%26ugl%3Dtrue&sourceid=Yh91503) and it's from Google themselves, so... WTF? I paid my set-up fee and was all excited... but still no credit!:(

I asked for a refund of my $5 back to my CC if they didn't deliver on their obvious offer. I wasn't very nice to them on my second email, but hey... they deserve it!

Don't feel bad. I found out some sites were clicking on my ad campaigns and draining my budget from countries like Pakistan, Russia, and India and those sites had virii on them and had no content. I asked for a refund and google insisted they were legit clicks.

Then could you do me a favour and ask these gitts to contact me asap via the same email (bizza@eyephi.com)? I'm happy that you are getting the treatment that everyone else should get also. Their live chat wasn't available when I signed up. I'm in Australia so the timezones are off-whack... but still, they are a megalithic company (probably run by zionist's - aka "ZioNazi's"). It's like I'm dealing with BIG DADDY, where I'm constantly tugging on his pants from way below, but he doesn't even acknwowledge me... but takes my money NOOOOO PROBLEM!

DADDY? Where's MY money? Look after me you shithead!

I swear... if I don't get a response and my money, I'm going to write so many blogs about how dodgy they are.

    I HATE GOOGLE SO MUCH!!!

How so? I'm not quite sure what you mean matey. Do they get upset when you have a PPC campaign when advertising with them?

WOW! And ZioGoogle didn't look into it? Of course they would say that because they'd lose money. Heaven forbid if they lost money hey? The way they're going about their business, they won't be around for too long, no matter how many customers they have on their search listings. People will soon realise their evil selective ways.

    ...
I'm still waiting for a reply to my second email to them (which I sent yesterday). I'll keep you all posted.

When you get sign-up credit , you need to make sure that the offer was still valid. Most of them have an expiry date. Second, there are specific instructions on how to get it when you open your adwords account. I remember when I opened mine, I did it because I would get £30.00 when I open an account, and I followed the instructions on how to do it, since I had to enter the number etc etc. It had me in knots when I was trying to figure out how to do it, and in the end I did get it. I can't remember if it was immediately or if I had to wait. It may have been the case that I had to wait a day or so. But don't quote me on that. It has been ages since I have done it.

There is a huge knowledgebase which should answer almost all questions you have. Any other questions, just google - you will normally be able to find your answers easily.

Google are helpful, but you do have to spend quite a large amount to be worthwhile for them.

Actually...I have to stick up for Adwords support.

I was having a problem getting my ads approved - I would make the change(s) listed under "disapproved ads" tool and resubmit over and over again. I spent almost 2 weeks trying to decipher the silly "disapproved ad" emails and making changes...nothing was working.

Finally, I just gave them a call and asked for a manual review. I had read horror stories about calling Google (from people on this forum), but my ads weren't running and what I was doing wasn't working - so I gave it shot.

Anyway, after I pressed the right phone buttons to get connected with the adwords support dept., I got a support tech right away - no waiting. Now it DID take a couple of days for the manual review, but the support tech replied with what "I" was doing wrong. It was a landing page omission.

So I fixed the problem with my page, replied to the email I received from support and asked for another manual review to make sure it worked. A couple of days later (over the weekend in fact) for this new review to get back to me and my ads were running.

Now, this was my first experience calling support but all I can say is everything is working fine with Adword support. I may take a bit of time though so be patient.

I'd would just say this to people having problems with adwords support.
    a) be patient.
    b) don't call or email them with "angry" messages.
    c) be patient

Yea, They are the "king of the hill" They have too much fish to fry to think about one lonely adwords advertiser. Unfortunately you have to play by their rules or its the highway. Its frustrating for many! But for those that have "cracked the code", Google is pure MONEY!

While I agree that if you are due your $50 credit you should receive it but man I would hate to see what your blood pressure is if you get this worked up about something that in the greater scheme of life is truly minuscule

If you need an immediate answer, the best thing to do is to call them. They tend to be slow when answering by email and their answers tend to be vague and sometimes irrelevant.
