    you say most were spam but why did you remove all links which were not spam?

    What is the guarantee that this time too you will not remove all the links ?

    i wont remove the links because i will approve and monitor the links this time, where as last time i didnt have spam prevention methods put in place, and the links on the last directory stood for about 3 years anyways, ore than enough time to benefit from link building
