Trying to figure out if it's just me, or if clickbank is running behind. I've submitted a product a little over 2 weeks ago, and have not heard back yet. Usually I hear back with in a few days. Any one else having the same delay?
Seems that there are lots of things changing at Clickbank including a new set of Rules for Publishers and Affiliates, for a start they are banning P2P type sites so i think their screening process for new sites is taking longer than normal.
Simply email them, I've rarely waited more than a few days. Don't be rude about it just kindly nudge them. I've had to do this once after like 4 days and hours after my email nudge it was approved. If you've already emailed them once or twice then perhaps phone them.
I agree with the last poster. We've had products approved at my company in the last couple of weeks in 24-48 hours before which is not bad.
I have emailed them a few times already. The first time was about 1 week after I submitted, and I got the generic email saying that it could take up to 3 business days. Then I've emailed them every other day since then with no reply. I may phone them, but I don't see a phone number anywhere - (only a fax number). Do you have one? I have a feeling that they may be bogged down w/ going through their current inventory weeding out the p2p type products. Would be nice to get a reply however.
Norb, do you think that applies also to a new Vendor? Cause i am a new vendor and they didn't approved my site or product.
P2P - Peer To Peer sites Basically sites that teach you how to get downloads from Torrents and other P2P Software. It's kind of promoting online piracy so Clickbank are removing all P2P related sites.
