    Well here is my story;

    Few months ago moneybookers locked my account for unknown reason ... they just notified me that my account is locked and that I need to send them valid ID card in order to get my account unlocked.

    First time I scanned my personal card and sent it to them, they said that they can't read my last name correctly(blurry screen or something...)

    So after a month I decided to try with new scanner ... this time I scanned my personal card perfect, name and everything was 100% readable.

    Since then I didn't get any reply from them. I've send them 3-4 mails and they just ignore me :s

    But my account with few hundred $$$ is still locked and I am unable to do anything with my money ;)

    Any advices ?

    Strange... I've used Moneybookers since a few years and I've never had a problem. Did you try to call them ?

    Calling them is the quickest way to resolve this kind of situation. They sometimes act like idiots but one call and they unlock your account within 24 hours.

    Yep that's one of the biggest problem with MB. They are not taking Master Cards (they don't even tell any reason).
