The color scheme is OK. However when hoving mouse on the top menus, the layout "shake" slightly . It is obviously small css bugs . Try to fix the problem.

Awesome color setup for your site. I know it's a basic theme you used but you make a different with your logo touch. Has you got profit with lbs script? I operate my bid directory iscmn.com unfortunately, it's only existing 3 months on sale before google dropped the PR.

I do not like the placement of your search box I think you should put the search box in the template below the header and put some graphics into the header where you had the search box.
