I heard from source that Adsense is currently slowing down, you can seen in several adsense publisher blogs/sites that the public ads commonly appeared rather than paid ads.

Do you think its just an effect of rescission or Adsense are now slowingdown to its grave?

When I see a thread questioning the survivability of Adsense, I do this:

It is happening not to every one... just happening with some people and there are many reasons behind it

I'm pretty happy with the AdSense folks.
Sure, I could cuss about this, or moan about that, but hey, things change.
Overall for me, things are pretty darn good.

I certainly expected a decline due to the economy, but I think that advertisers continue to advertise, especially BECAUSE of the downturn. As a matter of fact, they may advertise MORE, because they need to, to maintain previous business levels. Plus, they are even more keen to get whatever business that remains out there.

I certainly haven't seen any PSAs, and that is over a vast number of subjects.

Adsense is still fast for me. I'm earning about $15 a day with it. Still need to leverage this further.

There must be something wrong with the set up of those sites. Never saw a public service ad on any of my sites longer than a few seconds when the site was just released, using adsense since 2003.

    Hi,

I never saw Public Service Ads on my sites since I launched my website.

Adsense is going fine with me.

You should setup your site properly.

Maybe your niche has a low ads publisher number

    i agree with this...

Public Service Ads shows on other sites with the keywords "help" "donation"

    and

sponsor, sponsor for cash, sponsor pledges, sponsoring

just notice it on some of my friends blogs and forums

It could be due to a number of factors including the economy. If you have, for example, a website that sells pet food and the people who advertise under that category have pulled back on advertising, you won't see quality ads to fill those spots. If you use a 338x280 ad that fills 4-5 links per ad, for example, you may only get 2-3 say, and some lihnks may not even be relevant. Thats an example of what could be happening so first, before you make an assumption, check the quality of the ads that are showing up on your website.

Can be different scenario in different niche. I have also seen public service ads appear before lately.
