    Is it possible to add a cc to two PayPal accounts?
    I have a Premier and Personal (as per PP TOS).

    If you are asking about the possibility of using the same CC for both the accounts, then it should be possible logically since an individual holding both the accounts is also the same.

    No, I don't think so that you can add same card on both the accounts. I have tried this before with my PayPal account but it did not work out.

    I tried...Of course, you can..Just add CC in first paypal account, verify it.Then remove the card ,Add card in second paypal account, verify it.

    I think this way you can verify as many as paypal accounts ;) Is that true ?

    paypal will not allow it. if u try to add already added cc , it will say , card already added , plz use other card

    Paypal rules says:
    You can have 2 accounts. One personal and other business or premium as long as you have seperate credit card and bank account for them.

    So you cant.

    The key is that you have to have 2 separate bank accounts for each credit card to do that.
