FS: Large College Site - 30k monthly uniques, BIN + Revenue Listed [Quick Sale]

I am relisting this site since the original winning bidder was a scammer.


I am selling a large college site with 1496+ members that is getting about 30,000 unique visitors a month. These visits are all from backlinks and organic traffic from search. This site does not use any form of advertising for its traffic

The site has not been monetized at all aside from some adsense on a few of the pages. The site has the ability to make a large amount of money based upon the traffic it receives, however I don't have the time needed to take it to the next level.

To clarify - NO portion of the site is currently automated. The Content Section has the ability to be automated (videos, pictures, games, etc.), but at the current time it isn't.

 

Here is an additional question I received via PM:

Regarding the adsense stats pictured above, Adsense was on about 85% of the pages at that time. Currently adsense is only running on about 25%

I do not feel comfortable installing someones own analytics code on the site for obvious reasons. Plus, with the bidding ending on Wednesday, I don't think it would yield accurate data.

As mentioned I prefer paypal. This way I can ensure the transaction is legit, and the buyer can also use a credit card for their own fraud protection.

Please look at the time stamp. Whoever posted that on our site posted it 10 minutes before the about.com forum. I assume that user was just copy and pasting the same question on multiple sites.

As I mentioned, there is NO auto content.

 

I noticed you said there was a message board for every college/university. I see the forums but not a message board for every one. Can you point me in the right direction?
