    I didn't find any single word of body content. either all the navigation or picture none of picture gotta any image optimization

    Then get any tutorial about SEO.
    i recommend you to watch the video instead of reading any books.

    Give Unique title for all pages.
    Give META description for all pages.
    Put ALT tag for every images.
    Submit sitemap into Google.
    Put HTML sitemap.
