HI, may I upload on tube site same video file (under same username) but with different title, description and tags? Will that be considered as "spam" or it will be accepted? example: video is about car race - title is: super car race, description: something about car race after few days, I upload same video file - title is: car racing in town, description : different then previous ... Is this ok?
The depends on the TOS of the particular video directory you submit to. If its Youtube, they they will probably delete the duplicate video, the description does not matter. Here is a tip: If you want to resubmit the video without it being deleted by Youtube, you simply edit the video length........ie, make it 5 seconds shorter or just a different length. In Youtbe's eyes that is now a different video and will be accepted.
well yes one of them is youtube ... well then i will try as you said, just to change the length for a lil bit
