Google & JavaScript?

    I have an <embeded> code on my website for my members(like youtube). They add my code on their website and the code generates a mini flash gallery. In fact that <embeded> code activate a javascript from my server where I added also a link back to my website.
    My question: Will google see the link back to my website from that code, my mebers will add on their website? Once again, that emeded code shows a java script gallery from my server where I included a link to my website.

    You say the script links to your server which then links to your website. This does not make sense to me. Can you post the code?
