    Use the wp sticky plugin

    Why not just adjust your setting and make a page stay on the front page?

    Yeah, why not do as Hoodala suggests and use a static front page? The option is under Settings > Reading.

    if you are saying about lesterchan's plugin then you can just check all the readme files including usage.. most of his plugins have a seperate part for usage and you need to follow that

    And if there is any more problem then you can post at his forum.. lesterchan is one of the most popular plugin developers and most of his plugins are very less buggy and well recognized
