I also agree that Google seems to ban or disable to many accounts for very small reason. In my opinion they should at least warn the users before placing a ban, so the client has a chance to fix the problem and keep their account.

Imagine you are earning $1000 a month with adsense.

Then all of a sudden you are banned. How would you feel?

    It happens every single day.

Agree with keyword stuffing and get banned. Other reasons for getting banned is not happening for these reasons

It's just obviously clear, MONOPOLY!!! If there are other search engines that offers ads exactly like google, you will not have so much publishers being banned. And maybe, google is being overcrowded. What do you think?

I guess someone should sue them for being a monopoly. Microsoft was sued for that reason in the past.

In my experience, 99% of people being banned had it coming. If you are a honest publisher with quality sites, you have nothing to worry about.

This is a bunch of bs topped with a cherry.

Most of these "reasons" were made up from ignorant webmasters, Google is not the BIG Brother either, tbh its not like they are controlling your website, you can pick other really good advertising companies like Tribal fusion. Overall if you are listen to this guy, you deserve to be ban. Period.

My whole thing is if you don't like Adsense then don't use it, there are many other forms of advertising out their with hundreds of advertising companies and you can always sell advertising direct. The thing is right now Adsense gives me usually my best monetizing on most of my websites so I will abide by the rules to use their advertising network.

Good post, they do offer the best contextual program and search engine though, so they will always be the leader of the pack.

Not liking how Google are dancing with the rankings with penalties though, this is starting to get on my nerves.

It is up to their rivals to offer something unique. I think the Myhpf/Yahoo revenue sharing is the kinda thing that more companies need to adopt. If they don't push the boundaries, Google will continue to dominate.

Which confirms what I and another poster were saying: most of these scares are made up by ignorant webmasters and people get banned for a reason. The guy in the article put adsense ads on a site with NO CONTENT. He was a DUMBASS. Now, winning in a small court doesn't mean much and certainly doesn't set a precedent. The Google representative wasn't even informed of the reason he was banned.
