    2. How to start a blog?
    3. How to find PR rating of sites?

    2. If you want to start free blog then go to blogger.com or wordpress.com AND if you want to start your own blog (own domain and own hosting) then go to wordpress.org for free wp blog script.
    3. Install google toolbar to check PR of any site or else go to other sites e.g. prchecker.info/check_page_rank.php
